Exposed brick throughout with original windows letting in so much natural light. You will not want to pass up the opportunity to stay in this space!
This loft was designed and remodeled to perfection taking into consideration every detail you need to enjoy your stay in Davenport, Iowa. Past guest have described it as "Clean, comfortable, beautiful, cozy yet very spacious, unique, and memorable. "
The fully equipped kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances such as stovetop and oven, microwave and full-sized refrigerator as well as basic cooking tools and supplies.
In the bedroom you will find an extremely comfortable queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress.
The bathroom features a large shower, a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Additional amenities include self-controlled A/C and closet space with hangers, an iron and ironing board. This loft is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use.
Coin operated laundry is a shared space located in the hall on the second floor. Please note there is not a coin machine on-site.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, guests will enter through a secured door. Once you book you will receive a private entry code 24 hours prior to arrival. Once inside the building you will be provided a lockbox code the the unit key. (1 key per reservation).
There are four FREE parking spots along the side of the building that are available for guests. They do tend to fill up fairly quickly. There is plenty of FREE parking along 2nd street and Iowa street very close to the unit. There are also a couple of pay to park garages less than 0.2 miles away as well.
Please note the rooftop patio is a shared space and requires walking up stairs in the building.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a $250 fee.
