The Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland to discover making it ideal for keen walkers. You can also take a trip on the North Norfolk Railway which runs from Holt through to Sheringham via Weybourne. There are plenty of popular seaside destinations to explore including Wells-next-the-Sea, Cley, Blakeney, with its seal colony and Cromer, all within 14 miles.
Enter this stylish, contemporary, and beautifully presented property and arrive in the spacious kitchen area which is fully equipped with everything you need from a high-end holiday home. Upstairs you have a second lounge which has bean bags, ideal for children, and a desk. There is a fantastic balcony area that looks out over the countryside. Off from the lounge is a spacious fourth bedroom which has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC.
The fully enclosed garden area is lawned and features a patio area complete with seating for up to ten guests, so fire up the charcoal BBQ and enjoy some al fresco dining with friends and family. Parking is at the front of the property, there is room for two cars and a small third car
