Summary: Everything was great up until about 1am. For some reason, the people above us thought it would be a good time to rearrange their room. We waited for about 20 minutes for it to stop and when it didn’t we called the front desk to let them know how loud it was. They said they’d send someone up to let them know about quiet hours. Another 20 minutes goes by and it sounded like a dog running back and forth across the floors. I called again and said it sounds like a dog (no dogs are allowed) and was told they went upstairs and didn’t hear anything. So a ghost?? Well, within 15 minutes it stopped after I called again. The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean, and the parking was easy. Just be aware of the thin walls and potential noisy nights with neighbors.
