We are inviting you to a great and enjoyable stay at the lake house in Great Waters Lake Oconee. If you need to swim, play tennis , go fishing , boating , read a book, or just relax and sip a cup of coffee while watching the ducks gliding along the lake while the sun is rising above or the moon shinning across Lake Oconee, spend a few days at our lake house! It has 2 master bedrooms at ground level, each with cable tv, private bathrooms , shower and jacuzzi . There is a loft with winding stairway and an added bonus of a video arcade with classic Pacman and Galaga which the kids will enjoy. The loft has 3 more beds and private bathroom too!
This property can accomodate upto eight people. It has just been renovated with newly painted interiors, new Trane heat pump/AC with remote control via nexia, new windows, sliding doors with inside blinds, and new wood floor. It is a smart home with Nest , Yale smart lock, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, Google assistant, front and back porch cameras for security. The kitchen has a two door refrigerator, microwave, electric range and dish washer. You can enjoy both keurig pod coffee and drip brew coffee maker, provided with sugar and creamer. Cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cups , spoons, forks, and knives are provided. You could use our washer and dryer too. If you love to grill we have a "Weber" gas grill on the back porch with gas tank already installed and a spare tank in the store room.
The owner has Reynolds golf silver membership, however golf use is for accompanied guest only depending on owners availability. Alternatively, there are other locations such as Harbour Club golf pro shop for tee times. It is a private club and usually allow non members to play. Another golf course is The Creek at Hard Labor in Social Circle . It is a public course and challenging. It is about 20 miles from Reynolds and green fees are affordable.
There's a shared dock just few steps away from the backyard. You could walk and set up boat/ jet ski on first come first served basis, so hurry and take your spot! Tennis court, swimming pool and small beach area are just a stone throw away from the backyard.. The marina is only a few blocks away too where you can find more docks both big and small. Alternatively, there are boat/jet ski rental company around town, you may check with Oconee Wild Water Sports and Young Harris Water Sports about 7 miles away.
Enjoy a healthy walk along the lake or go for antique shopping in the historic town of Greensboro or go to Athens( about 40 miles away) to see the Dwags during the football season . Ritz Carlton Lodge is only 12 miles away . It is noted as one of the best spa and massage in the country-the late Whitney Houston favorite spa.

Based on publicly available information from WHO and CDC we have instituted the following measures to make your stay COVID 19 safe as much as possible.
1. Encourage our guests to do key less entry by using Yale smart lock on the front door. Guests will receive their access code to be punched in on the keypad of the Yale smart lock a day or two before check in. Upon check out guests could just press the keypad without using the access code. The front door will automatically lock.
2. Guests will be provided with hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap products at key areas.
3. Guests are encouraged to do hand washing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
4. Implement social distancing with at least 6 feet apart during interactions with other guests of different household,staff,or local community. When possible minimize these interactions.
5. Recommend guests to remove their footwear when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance(if possible,outside).
