Summary: This could be a great place to stay, but the property managers need to invest more in the customer experience. Check in after 4 pm is more challenging than it should be. If you book the room online, the on duty rep is NOT notified (despite their “fully automated” system). You have to call the number, let them know you just booked to get your room and access code (the instructions at the hotel are not clear about this - make sure you call the number). Our room was okay, mostly clean and comfortable - although the filter in the air conditioner was disgusting. Since it takes only a few minutes to clean, it was surprising it was so dirty. The bathroom had significant plumbing issues - the shower drain backed up immediately, making taking a shower a very difficult experience. The drain in the sink was slow and there appeared to be water leaking near the toilet. I tried to notify the manager before we left, but there was no one available when we checked out. Overall, it was an ok place to stay, I would describe it as a budget friendly, basic room. The bathroom, however, was pretty awful.
