Enjoy the beautiful ocean and bay views while you relax on the deck with a nice drink in hand. No need to worry about mosquitos while you’re cooking on the grill thanks to the exterior of the home being outfitted with mosquito hawk protectors.
Once you are ready to move the fun inside, you can enjoy the spacious living room perfect for gathering around the smart tv for a movie. Enjoy streaming your Netflix, Fubo or Amazon services while you enjoy your stay.
For the kitchen, you can be sure to find what you need to make the vacation meal you desire! This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and cooking ware. It also features a microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. Since the water in Surfside is not ideal, the house is outfitted with a water filtration system, which makes for pleasant showers. However, we still recommend bottled water for drinking and cooking which is provided at no charge. We do recommend bringing a bag or two of ice with you as well.
When it comes to the bedrooms, we wanted to make sure you feel cozy and relaxed no matter what room you are staying in. The large master, which features an en suite bathroom, includes a new comfortable king bed and enough space for a pack-n-play (which is provided) if needed. You can also step out onto the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee straight from the back door from the master room.
The second guest room is bright and beachy with a full-size bed, gorgeous natural light and its own mini-split heating and ac to make sure you are as comfortable as possible.
Just across the hall you’ll find the bunk room perfect for the kids! This room features its own mini-split heating and ac system as well as a TV. The kids will love this vibrant whale themed room.
