Awesome private cabin in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood neighboring Young State Park. Beautiful local "secret" beach (Kim Park) at the end of Nelson Road (an easy walk from the house). Walking or biking distance to downtown Boyne City on the paved path. Charlevoix and Petoskey are both only 15 minutes away. One car detached garage included with the house rental. Inside the garage you will find bikes for renters use, beach wagon and beach chairs. Firepit with firewood and folding chairs and grill for renters use. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a great drive-through driveway that provides a great area for kids to ride their bikes around and an easy turn around if you bring a boat. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. First-floor master bedroom with attached full bath. The upstairs bedroom is a beautiful loft bedroom with a king-size bed, double pull out (memory foam pull-out mattress) and 2nd full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is on the main floor and includes a double size day bed with a twin-size trundle underneath. Home has a second living room/office off of the master with a desk, printer and large TV which can accommodate an air mattress if needed. The 3rd bathroom is a 1/2 bath right inside the back door. New washer and dryer, high-speed wireless internet, large front porch with rocking chairs and bench. All rooms except the loft have smart TVs. Larger 2nd garage is locked off for owners storage/use. ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR ACCESSIVE CLEANING.
