This lovely contemporary 4 bedroom, 4 bath home features a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area, nicely furnished living room with wood burning fireplace, large second story wraparound deck with patio furniture and a flat screen TV with one premium channel. Our basement is fully finished with sauna, shower and fitness room. The house is equipped with high speed wireless internet.
Our property is located in a private community with indoor & outdoor pools, lakes, beaches, clubhouse & tennis courts, which are available for additional fee payable to the homeowners association. Close to all major Pocono attractions: Poconos Raceway, Mount Airy Casino and Golf Resort, The Crossings Premium Outlet, Camelbeach Waterpark, Camelback Adventure Park, Kalahari Waterpark, as well as Camelback Mountain Ski area and Jack Frost/Big Boulder Ski area. There are two boat ramps on both sides of the house at the same block right across the street into the East Emerald Lake and Mountaintop Lake. The lakes are within a minute walk from the house.
