Summary: Staff was great. Room was clean, and the lobby was really beautiful- decorated for Christmas. So warm and inviting. However, the “furnace” In our room was not able to be regulated. So I was told to turn it off when it got too hot, and open a window- it was 1* outside…. And from 3:30 AM until 6, a hall alarm repeatedly went off, so sleep was a passing luxury. Aside from those two things, it was a pleasant stay, and they allowed us a late check out
