Summary: When I checked in for the first time the room I had hadn't been cleaned properly as mess all on the floor throughout and dust everywhere around the bed base. I looked under the bed and there was old food and plastic rappers from food packaging from the last people who stayed before me. The cleaners came in my room the next morning to replace towels and make the beds ect when I was out the room swimming with my son and I came back to my room as he was in my room supposed to be cleaning.. but caught him sat on my bed which wasn't made tidy or attempted to clean the whatsoever at this point.. which he shot up off the bed when I came in and caught him on his phone sat on my bed. He then gone in the bathroom and done nothing and didn't replace my towels which was needed and then left and had done no cleaning whatsoever.. I had to go to reception and ask for towels and also had to replace the toilet rolls ect. My curtains were broken and hanging off the rails which let in light into the room and you can hear any bit of noise next door or as people are shouting down the corridor. Won't be booking again terrible stay!
