Modern, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located steps from the Avenue of the Arts. Thishome is a beautiful corner unit, allowing plenty of light in. Also offered for extra guests is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The location couldn't be better, step outside and you'll be in Vibrant Center City with shopping, restaurants and bars right there just steps away. This home is also very close to the convention center if that is a destination place for you. Pets are not welcome (unless by prior agreement and for long term stays and subject to fees). UrHip's number one priority is the well-being of our guests and team members. The City of Philadelphia announced on Monday, November 16th a new citywide restriction in response to the COVID -19 pandemic. We will be complying with this new “Safer at Home” restrictions starting Friday, November 20th Rooftop Area, Fitness Center, Club room, Arcade Room, and other amenities will be closed until at least January 1st, 2021 and possibly longer depending on extensions to these restrictions. Due to the recent city mandate we are going to be closing the 4th floor business center as well as the rooftop deck for the safety of our community. This is in addition to the fitness center and clubroom closure that is already in effect. The only amenities that will remain open for use is the dog park which requires residents to wear mask at all times. Just a friendly reminder that resident and guest must wear mask at all times throughout the building. All amenities excluding the dog park will be shut down starting at 5pm today 12/11. We are professional hosts and this is our living, hence you can be assured that while you will be able to reach a live person 24 hours a day, we will not be pestering you, other than to initially make sure that you are comfortable. So in short, we will be there for you when you need us. The Avenue of the Arts is Philadelphia’s signature street. It has grown to become the heart of our city aesthetically, socially, economically, and culturally. The Avenue is one of the most vibrant and successful performing arts, residential, educational, commercial, and tourist destinations in the United States. In order to maintain a safe environment for all guests, we are required to have all guests verified and pass a screening requirement that looks at the following, those guests who do not pass or do not give us permission to verify them will not be allowed entry. Our guests have access to all of the building's amenities including an Indoor-outdoor rooftop clubroom with a catering facility, billiards, shuffleboard, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and panoramic views. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center open 24/7, a resident business lounge with private conference space, and a golf simulator! Please note: We use a noise monitoring device on the property to ensure that our guests are being good neighbors; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
