Outside the house is very nice. Spend time on the terrace, prepare a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in the garden. The porch, with 100 m2 is furnished with a huge wooden table. All of you can get together and also cook outside because right next to the barbecue there is a second kitchen, which has a dishwasher. This two-storey, 250 m2 house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, where we also find 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite) and on the ground floor, we also find a bathroom. Three of the bathrooms have a shower and one has a bathtub. There is a warm atmosphere in every room. Sit back and relax in the living room, where there are sofas to enjoy a good read, watch satellite TV or take a short nap. The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook without any problems: toaster, coffee maker, oven and gas cooker, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in Muro, just on the outskirts of the town. It is a very quiet place and also very convenient because it has many facilities nearby, such as supermarket, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset!
