I'm a die-hard NFL Fan and have an 86-inch TV in the living room, a 65-inch TV in the bedroom, and just added a comfortable recliner there as well. I keep the place very clean and tidy. If you like to read, I have books here as well. The bedroom that would be available when I'm in residence is closest to the bathroom.
