The property features a large yard for all your outdoor activities, including croquet, Kan Jam and many more. There is a natural wood firepit with dining area paired with a grill in the back yard that is perfect for grilling hotdogs and roasting smores with the family. Then enjoy a cocktail in the evenings while sitting in rocking chairs on the front porch, cozy beside a beautiful gas fire table. The house is walking distance from the Serenbe community, 10 minutes from Fox Hall resort, 10 minutes from Cochran Mill Park, and 25 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. It is also a great location to enjoy an afternoon in Senoia or Trilith. Also, great spot for trail running, hiking, road biking, and mountain biking. Numerous road routes, and trails located in the area.
