1.) Per the City of Orange Noise Ordinance: It's unlawful to create noise that is loud and unreasonable between 10pm and 9am, if it disturbs the comfort, health, peace, safety, or repose of reasonable people.
2.) No shoes in the house- we have brand new white carpets and would love to keep them clean :)
3.) No animals including service animals inside the house. Our daughter has allergies to animal dander.
4.) We have a family pet rabbit & chickens in an enclosed coop in our backyard.
5.) No gatherings, parties or excessive guests visiting and/or staying past 11pm. This is a family friendly neighborhood and we want to respect them as well. If any visitors come by, please give us a heads up and ask that they also respect our “no shoes” policy.
5.) We have security camera at the front entrance and driveway.
6.) No Access to the garage.
7.) One bedroom will be locked and a few of our closets. 4 bedrooms will be accessible and the office.
