This house has it all! Imagine cooking dinner on the barbecue while your kids catch bass off the dock. Or enjoy the sunset while sitting in an eight-person hot tub. If swimming’s your jam you’ll love the sandy clear water right off the dock. (I know this is the suggested description… but it really nails it?). If it’s a rainy day, kick back in our surround sound projection theater downstairs or workout at our home gym with treadmill, squat rack, free weights and chin up bar. If fishing is your goal, take the 20 foot pontoon out and experience some world class bass fishing on long lake. Have young kids? High chairs, kids toys, pack and play included:). It also has 3 kayaks to use.

Treehouse- 1 queen bed plus futon. Treehouse does leak sap occasionally, it’s a live tree. Usually just a few drops. It has electricity ran to it lights and outlets.
20 foot pontoon boat is yours to use, with a $500 refundable deposit. It’s at the end of the 100 foot dock. Bass love to hide under it!
