Located in The Landing condo complex your rental is on the main floor. You can walk out your living room to your private patio which overlooks Lake Charlevoix and the shared condo pool (available Memorial Day through mid September).
There is also a private association beach on Lake Charlevoix. A wonderful spot to swim with the family while on vacation.
Rentals in June-Labor Day require a 5 day minimum.
Boat slip available for rent, please inquire as there are regulations that must be agreed upon before boat can be launched. (max 25' LOA, no pontoon boats)
This is a no smoking, no pets (association rules), no party condo.
