Enjoy this two-bedroom, with a gorgeous 2nd story porch. The entryways and laundry (in the basement) are shared. Rooms are nicely sized and the common areas are bright and welcoming.

You will be a 4-minute drive to Downtown Racine, 1-minute walk to the Racine Zoo, 4-minute walk to the beach, and 18-minute walk along the shoreline to the North beach Oasis (restaurant/bar on the beach) and Kids Cove (Amazing and large playground). 2 parking places (one on the left side of the garage and one on the left side of the driveway). Parking is also available in the lot behind the house (parking is not allowed in the parking lot when snowfall is over 1 inch and on July 3rd-4th. Street parking is available.)
