Affectionately known in our family as Relaxation Station and located on 1.4 acres of private, gated acres on Lake Oconee, our updated home welcomes you with amazing lakefront access and views. With over 4800 square feet of luxurious accommodations, you'll be able to enjoy a relaxing time at the lake with all of your family and friends. The split wing layout of the bedrooms is perfect to bring everyone together during the day, but still allow everyone to have their own space at night.
This newly renovated home comfortably sleeps up to 16 people and features 5 full baths. The main floor features a stunning chef’s kitchen with a stunning gas range, open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, and a dining room that opens out onto the expansive deck that overlooks the lake, with an additional screened-in outdoor dining area. The luxurious primary retreat is situated on the main level and features a gas fireplace, soaking tub, and standing shower. On the opposite side of the main floor, you’ll find 3 more spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Head downstairs, to the entertainment floor equipped with a second living room and 85” LED TV, billiards room, board game area, and a kitchenette - an entire floor that’s sure to be heaven for kids or adults of any age. Open the French doors out to the lower level porch and you’ll find a gas grill, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the lake, and a hot tub that’s perfect to unwind in at the end of a long day. You’ll also find 3 additional bedrooms, and two full baths on the lower level.
Now it’s time to head outside - the gently sloped backyard leads to the private dock with expansive unobstructed lake frontage. Nestled within the backyard, you’ll also find our favorite feature of the house - a lake-front fire pit area, complete with Adirondack chairs, that is sure to be loved by all any time of the year. Two kayaks and two SUPs are a great way to enjoy some time on the lake.
And, when you eventually need to stock up on all the essentials, or want to head out on the town - Publix and other stores/boutiques at The Village at Lake Oconee are all just a short 20 minute drive away. With the Ritz Carlton, golfing and numerous restaurants around this truly is the perfect getaway spot!
