This specific block is in the process of gentrification so some houses look dilapidated. That and we are across the street from Home Depot and Cash Saver. Cash Saver is an awesome grocery store and has the best beer selection in town of anywhere, but it is a cheaper grocery store. So there are more people walking around the neighborhood than usual in midtown.
