The Space
Set on a single level and spanning roughly 1,500 sq ft, the home was thoughtfully renovated with groups in mind. A wide great room links the living area, dining table for ten, and fully outfitted chef's kitchen—so no one has to miss the conversation while someone cooks. Central A/C keeps things comfortable year-round, while a Sonos sound system and retro arcade cabinet dial the fun up a notch.
