The Space:
This bungalow is divided across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a huge backyard patio featuring a heated pool, jacuzzi tub, BBQ grill, and seating area with extendable sun shade. Guests are also free to use the dock space behind the home to tender their boat during their stay. Just a matter of minutes to the waters of Pine Island, guests will find the commute by boat to beautiful boating and fishing areas to be quite agreeable (especially compared to the lengthy idle times associated with Cape Coral canal systems). This bungalow is also close to a number of fantastic art galleries, restaurants, bars, and shopping in Matlacha, Pine Island, and Cape Coral (less than five minutes to each).
