The elegant Wyndham Nashville is located in the heart of Music City, USA, within walking distance of the Opryland Hotel, the Grand Ole Opry, and just minutes from historic downtown Nashville. Nashville is perfect for everyone, from the excitement of Music Valley Drive to the reproduction of the Greek Parthenon. Enjoy many historic sites, including The Hermitage, home of President Andrew Jackson, several Civil War battlefields, and grand plantations and mansions. Other activities include museums, the Nashville zoo, Springhouse Golf Course, and more. After a day's outing, relax in the indoor pool/spa.
One Bedroom Deluxe: Approximately 900-978 square feet, king bed in the master, double sofa sleeper in the living room, Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony. Sleeps 4. Guests may be assigned an accessible unit depending on resort's availability (hearing/vision impaired, wheelchair).
**TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. NON-NEGOTIABLE.** If your dates are during "prime" season and your check-in date is more than 90 days out, Wyndham also has a policy of booking 3, 4 or 7 nights. If your prime season dates are within 90 days, the 2-night minimum applies.

RATES: We get a 50% discount at 60 days prior, so please realize that when requesting dates that are more than 60 days out. The 50% discount is not valid on "quiet" and "value" seasons, but we still give a 40-45% discount.
DISCOUNTS OFFERED:
Repeat-client discount: 5% discount on every rental after the first has been completed.
Refer-a-Friend Discount: After you have rented from us once, you are eligible to participate in our "Refer-a-Friend" program. Receive a 5% credit towards your next rental if a friend or family member you refer rents from us. The credit is 5% of your friend's rental amount or of your rental amount, whichever is less.
Military Discount: No longer offered.

POLICIES:
We have a 2-night minimum stay requirement. 50% is due at the time of booking (if more than 60 days out). The remaining 50% is due at 60 days prior, and we will send you a reminder/balance due invoice a few days before that deadline as a courtesy. If the reservation is less than 60 days out, payment is due in full. For check-ins 16 days away or less, the full payment must be complete by 7pm Eastern the day of booking. We cannot hold reservations without payment, unless specific arrangements are made with the manager/owner.
Should any amenities be unavailable during the renter's stay, Sun or Snow Vacation Rentals will not be held responsible and no refunds will be given or adjustments made in such cases.
The resort is undergoing a structural improvement project Oct. 15, 2018 - Dec. 30, 2019. During this time noise, dust, odors and workers on-site may be experienced. Additionally, some parking spaces may be blocked for staging purposes. Dates subject to change.
