We have converted a 1920's building into 3 Loft Apartments. As the building is in a very unique Antique Shopping District we call them Artist Lofts so artists can rent them, live in back and open their door and show their work in the Main room. Walk to the Plaza, the park and several restaurants. West Plaza Neighborhood. Unique shopping district at your feet. This unit is a 1 bedroom, with a living room, full bath and a Galley Kitchenette.
Newly remodeled and updated. There is one off street parking space and shared laundry room with our long term tenants in the other two apartments. But the Laundry room is accessed from an exterior door. The front door to the unit is off of State Line thru the Jennings Plaza lot. For GPS to take you to correct driveway put in 4505 State Line Road. Parking space is in front of the front porch of Apartment C. Marked with a Red square on the driveway.
