A futon in the loft can provide another sleeping spot. Plenty of fish are caught off the dock, but if you don't catch any keepers, a grill is on-site, along with a small fire pit (wood not provided). The yard has ample space for cornhole (provided), and you can watch the action from the hot tub! The dining area inside has been updated, but the dishwasher is under repair.
