From sunrise to bedtime you will enjoy all this condo has to offer. Savor the sugary white sands and soak up some Vitamin D in the warm sunshine. As you take a deep breath you feel your whole body relax as your worries melt away! On the sugary sand beach you might see dolphins, stingrays, or crabs running along the shore. Find your inner child and build a sand castle. Sunset on the beach is always magical. Locals and visitors alike come out with their cameras and blankets to watch and appreciate its beauty. Or maybe you want to take a day off from the beach and shop, visit quaint beach communities, or enjoy a delicious fresh seafood dinner out. We got you! You can have it all just by walking out the front door.
When we say just pack your swimsuit and toothbrush we mean it! We provide luxury bedding and towels, a well stocked kitchen for those cozy nights in and you might also take advantage of several games and books. We have a Keurig coffee maker and provide you with some coffee pods to get you started. A king size adjustable bed for those that have difficulty getting comfortable. The couch pulls out into a queen sized 6” mattress. The living room and bedroom have flat screen 4K TVs.
Our patio looks out onto a lovely courtyard with a traditional boardwalk. A peaceful place for your morning coffee. Our condominium community has two swimming pools with one heated for winter time, shuffleboard, tennis courts, grills, and laundry on site. For the beach we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, spray sunscreen, beach games, beach cooler and luxury beach towels.
Grab a bike rental from the shop across the street. Walk next door to the fully stocked Tom Thumb convenience store. It’s great for last minute snacks and drinks. Especially if you have little ones. Publix grocery store is less than 2 miles away. We are 1.5 miles to Seaside. I like to walk there for a morning coffee and visit the boutique shops. We are 10 minutes from Grayton Beach, home of the famous Red Bar, and one of only 6 places in the world that you will find a true coastal dune lake. Because of their year round calm water it makes them perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. We have easy access to great state parks. Walk or ride on the wide bike path provided for the whole length of 30a.
The beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Grayton Beach, historic destinations, shops, and restaurants along 30A are within minutes away.
