This house has a large front yard with beautiful large trees. The back yard is fully fenced this is a pet friendly place. At night enjoy a camp fire in a large firepit, complementary fire wood included. Grill out during the day on the outdoor grill.
The summer is great for recreational (boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding ect)uses at the lake, in the winter hunting is well known for the area. In the spring sand hill crane and other bird watching experiences is within walking distance.
Enjoy walking to the Main Street of Lewellen, it is very charming. The Free Pool and community park is across the street. The North Platte River is a short 7 minute walk away, enjoy fishing or bird watching this is a perfect place to do both.
